Why is peace considered such a ridiculous notion? Maybe its the fact that war would stop that makes it so laughable or maybe that fact the life will be bearable world wide that makes people giggle when they consider peace... Maybe they laugh at the imposibility of peace. Why would anyone want to stop such a profitable business of death such as war.
I wish that movie Independence day was true. For a long time that was my favorite movie because it proved my idea that misery and disaster causes unity. 9-11 brought the nation closer than ever since the revolutionary war. Katrina and the tsunami showed that nature still rules. so if it takes intergalactic take over to make the wolrd come together than I say bring on the little green men. "As a Biologist" we are all men with the same anatomy and same functionality. We become less than human when we battle for boundries and religion. why do we spen money on wars instead of saving lives there is no reason why one man should have a billion dollars while there is millions of people dying of hunger.
I guess all I am saying is GIVE PEACE A CHANCE.
